The Minnie Princess Coord is a special, promotional coord released in Wave 1 of KiraKira Shiny Star. It was being given away at various locations, much like the Alice Gothic Coord.
The accessory can be obtained from December 28, 2016 issue of Ciao Magazine.

Minnie Princess Dress & Pumps[]
A red dress with elbow-length bell sleeves and a white dot pattern. Black frills line the neck to match the ribbon tied beneath the shoulder, the bow at the center of the chest, and the ribbon wrapped beneath the chest. The skirt is cut to reveal three white ruffled layers and a black frill petticoat. Comes with red pumps with a bow sewn on top of the foot and a white dot pattern.
Minnie Princess Henin Cap[]
A gold princess cone style hat with a red piece of material hanging from the tip, adorned with a white dot pattern. Attached to the bottom are a pair of black mouse ears.
